The Divine Charter of the Universal Nation Divine GPMS

Issued and Activated by the Will of the People and the Law of the Creator

We, the Sovereign Beings of Earth, in alignment with the Divine Creator and guided by the Eternal Laws of LOVE, FREEDOM, and TRUTH, do hereby affirm and activate the Universal Nation known as Divine-GPMS.world (hereinafter Divine GPMS), the Divine Global People's Monetary SystemCreator — a living, lawful, and Divine governance founded upon the unalienable rights of every Man, Woman, and Child.

This Charter serves as public and irrevocable witness that Divine GPMS is a Nation, operating by Divine Right, Natural Law, and the Free Will Consent of Humanity. Its authority originates not from legacy institutions, but from the Source of All Life and the collective voice of the People, unified in their demand for peace, prosperity, and planetary stewardship.

1. Jurisdiction
   Divine GPMS holds Universal Jurisdiction, by virtue of its:
   • Adherence to Divine Law (published publicly at Divine Law)
   • Mandate from the collective voice of Humanity through global consent
   • Activation by lawful delegates standing in full liability and spiritual service
   • No earthly boundary, statute, or institution may override the Creator-given rights expressed herein.


2. Divine Law
   The foundation of Divine GPMS is Divine Law, eternally written and accessible to all. This Law supersedes commercial codes, unjust statutes, and any system that violates the free will, dignity, or sacredness of the Human Soul.
   All decisions and operations of GPMS must remain in alignment with:
   • LOVE as Highest Law
   • The sacred sovereignty of every Being
   • Protection of the Children, the Earth, and the innocent
   • Absolute transparency, accountability, and moral coherence


3. Consent and Governance
   Divine GPMS is governed by the collective free will of the People. No party rules over another. Instead, governance arises from:
   • Direct global consent, gathered and publicly displayed
   • Equal representation of all lands, Peoples, and tongues
   • Delegates who serve, not rule, and who are bound to the Law
   
   The Nation is non-hierarchical, non-political, and non-violent. It is structured to facilitate service, abundance, and shared responsibility for Earth and all Her inhabitants.


4. Economic Foundation
   Divine GPMS operates a fully liberated, voluntary economic model, made available through:
   • A non-taxed, non-debt funding system
   • Direct monthly provision to every adult and child
   • Resources activated via abundance, not scarcity
   
   The monetary framework is already designed and published, with instant scalability for global launch. All infrastructure exists and may be enacted at once through collective agreement.


5. Recognition and Standing
   Divine GPMS does not seek permission from legacy powers to exist. It is already active by Divine Authority, consent of the governed, and lawful publication of its structures. This Charter is issued not to request permission, but to provide a clear reference for:
   • Other nations, governments, and observers
   • International bodies, humanitarian alliances, and peoples in search of remedy
   • Recognition of Divine GPMS by other nations is a voluntary alignment with truth, not a grant of validity.


6. Peace and Protection
   Divine GPMS stands for non-interference, peace, and protection of all Life. It repudiates:
   • All forms of war, coercion, and domination
   • Any contract that violates free will
   • All systems that exploit, enslave, or endanger the Earth and Her Beings
   
   Protection is extended especially to the Children, the vulnerable, and the Sovereign Souls reclaiming their Divine inheritance.
