PHASE 1 — AWARENESS, AWAKENING, AND CONSENT
Phase 1 brings worldwide Awareness of Divine GPMS and God’s Divine Plan for Humanity.
As Humanity Awakens to the possibility of a world beyond poverty, debt, scarcity, division, and financial survival, every Child, Woman, and Man is given the opportunity to freely learn about Divine GPMS and make Their Own Individual Choice to Consent.
Individual Consents accumulate worldwide as the Collective Voice of Humanity grows. Representatives, Guardians, and Administrative Committees support Awareness, organization, communication, and preparation throughout countries and Communities.
Through worldwide Sharing and the ability of information to reach Humanity rapidly, Divine GPMS has the potential to achieve Majority Ratification in less than one month once sufficient global Awareness and momentum are reached.
Phase 1 therefore represents more than the accumulation of Consent. It reflects Humanity’s movement toward a Higher Consciousness founded upon Peace, Intrinsic Value, Equality, Sovereignty, Freedom, Mutual Respect, Cooperation, and the recognition of every Human Being as possessing Equal Value.
PHASE 2 — WORLDWIDE IMPLEMENTATION
Upon Majority Ratification, worldwide implementation of Divine GPMS begins immediately.
Representatives, Guardians, Administrative Committees, Communities, Essential Services, financial systems, Production, Resources, and worldwide Logistics Coordinate to ensure a swift, Peaceful, and orderly implementation.
Humanity is clearly informed throughout, while food, water, healthcare, energy, transportation, communication, and all Essential Services continue without interruption. Existing knowledge, infrastructure, technology, skills, and Human experience continue to Serve Humanity as the new system becomes fully operational.
Every Human Being receives an initial provision equivalent in value to approximately US$30,000, expressed through the applicable or most highly valued internationally accepted currency at the time of implementation. This provides immediate financial security and allows Individuals and Families to comfortably meet Their needs and begin enjoying Their new Freedom.
Debt, poverty, homelessness, hunger, financial scarcity, and taxation are eliminated. Healthcare, education, Essential Services, and the necessities of Life are freely available to every Human Being.
Resources, Funding, Production, and worldwide Logistics are Coordinated according to Human needs. Communities have the Resources required to provide Essential Services, improve infrastructure, and support the wellbeing of All.
Human Contribution is shared, allowing able Human Beings to Contribute a small portion of Their time toward the Services, Production, and Logistics that keep Humanity Thriving. Human Life is no longer centered upon working for financial survival.
Beneficial technologies and inventions are freely available for the benefit of Humanity, while Creativity, Innovation, and Ingenuity flourish throughout the world.
Worldwide implementation is designed to occur swiftly, with the principal Transition expected to be completed within approximately one month of Majority Ratification.
Every Child, Woman, and Man Lives with Their Intrinsic Value Recognized, Their Inherent Rights Respected, and the Freedom and security to Live, Learn, Create, Contribute, Explore, and pursue Their Own Purpose and potential.
Divine GPMS is fully operational — Humanity Living in Peace, Abundance, Freedom, Sovereignty, Cooperation, Mutual Respect, and Harmony with One Another and the Earth.
