WHAT IS DIVINE LAW
Divine Law is the living truth woven into the very fabric of our being, it needs no validation, no courtroom, and no approval. It is self-evident, grounded in creation itself. As beings of Divine Sovereignty, meaning we are free, sacred, and answerable only to our Creator, we hold Unalienable Rights that no man-made Authority can grant or remove. This is not the limited, politicized version of Sovereignty the world often teaches, but the original and eternal Sovereignty that comes from God. To live under Divine Law is to recognize, affirm, and embody this truth in every thought, word, and deed.RULE OF LAW
The true essence of the rule of law is that no one, no Human Being, no institution is above the law, and all are equally accountable to it. But for this principle to hold weight, the laws themselves must be clear, accessible, and rooted in truth, not crafted to confuse or control. A just system must operate on fairness, with an independent and impartial judiciary, and with the unwavering protection of Fundamental Rights. True and just law is never something that needs to be fought against, it stands on its own, aligned with truth and fairness. When law reflects natural order and respects the Rights of all, it resonates with the Human Spirit and is willingly upheld. It doesn’t provoke resistance because it causes no harm. The Golden Rule is a simple yet powerful truth, it means treating others the way You Yourself would want to be treated. A true foundation of all just law is the recognition of Unalienable Rights, those sacred, God-given Rights that can neither be taken nor surrendered. They are not granted by any government, nor subject to debate or revision. These Rights form the moral and spiritual backbone of any lawful system that honors the dignity of the Human Soul. The Right of Subsistence is the God-given, inherent right of every Human Being to have the basic means necessary to live, food, shelter, water, and the essentials that sustain life itself. This Right is not a privilege granted by any system or government, but a natural birthright rooted in Divine Law. To deny this is to deny the very essence of our Humanity and the Creator’s Design. Honoring this Right means recognizing that every Soul deserves to live with dignity and that survival is a sacred trust we all share to uphold and protect.UNIVERSAL LAW AND DIVINE LAW
Universal Law, as commonly Innerstood, refers to Fundamental Principles that apply Equally to All Human Beings and are not Created by Governments or Institutions. It may refer to the observable Order of Nature and to Principles such as Cause and Effect, Equality, Natural Rights, and the Inherent Dignity and Freedom of Every Human Being.
Within Divine GPMS, when the Greater Meaning of Universal Law is intended, the more precise term is Divine Law. Divine Law is Innerstood as the Highest Divine Order of Creation from which the Divine Plan proceeds: not only the Order of Nature, but the Divine Intelligence and Moral Foundation through which Life, Freedom, Truth, Responsibility, and the distinction between Harm and Goodness are established. Where earlier material refers to a violation of Universal Law, it is often this Greater Divine Law that is meant.

RIGHTS OF SELF-DETERMINATION
The Rights of Self-Determination are the inherent, universal, and Unalienable Rights of all Peoples to freely and collectively determine Their political status, to direct Their economic, social, and cultural development, and to govern Themselves without external coercion, domination, or interference. These Rights are not granted by any government or institution, they are endowed from birth by Divine Law and affirmed in Natural Law, the Charter of the United Nations, and binding Human Rights treaties. Lawful Authority originates solely from the People, and any system of governance exists only by Their continuing Consent. When governance becomes abusive, corrupt, or non-representative, the People’s Rights of Self-Determination are immediately and lawfully activated to reclaim, restore, and reshape Their collective destiny in alignment with Their Free Will, dignity, and the common good. The Divine Global People’s Monetary System (Divine GPMS) is itself the lawful, peaceful, and direct exercise of these Rights on a global scale.Through the Rights of Self-Determination, the People also hold the Unalienable Right to decide where value is attributed and how it is expressed as money. For centuries, value has been appropriated to external commodities, gold, resources, debt instruments, creating artificial scarcity and limiting the capacity of Humanity. By exercising these Rights, the People re-appropriate value intrinsically, to the infinite worth of each Living Soul, thereby making value unlimited. This intrinsic attribution dissolves the structures of financial slavery, ends systemic poverty, and opens the full spectrum of Human Potential. Under Divine GPMS, this re-appropriation manifests as immediate and universal abundance, released in an orderly and sustainable manner. To preserve harmony and balance, each able Human Being contributes a modest fraction of hours in service to the worldwide community, ensuring the abundance system remains active, stable, and ever-expanding. This incremental release safeguards against disorder while never depriving anyone of Their needs, creating a peaceful transition into the era of shared prosperity.
RECOGNITION BEYOND GOVERNMENT REGISTRATION
Divine GPMS recognizes every Human Being Equally, regardless of whether that One has been registered within any government, civil registry, national identification system, or other institutional structure. Hundreds of millions of Human Beings worldwide presently Live without complete governmental identity recognition, including many within remote, Indigenous, nomadic, displaced, stateless, and economically impoverished communities. Government registration does not determine the Existence, Inherent Value, Sovereignty, or Rights of a Human Being.
While no exact worldwide number can be known, available information indicates that a substantial portion of Humanity remains outside, or incompletely represented within, formal government registration systems. For the purpose of recognizing and provisioning for this reality, Divine GPMS acknowledges a reasonable approximate estimate of around 8% of Humanity—potentially more than 600 million Human Beings worldwide—who may lack complete formal governmental registration or recognized proof of identity. The actual number may be higher, particularly where Populations are not fully reached by civil registration, census, or administrative systems.
Accordingly, no government-issued identity, birth certificate, citizenship, or prior registration is required for a Human Being to Freely Choose and Consent to Divine GPMS. Those presently outside governmental systems are neither excluded nor disadvantaged, and Their Children are Equally recognized. Every Human Being possesses the same Inherent standing and Freedom of Choice. Participation remains a matter of Free and continuing Consent; no One is compelled to Participate, and any One Who Chooses Divine GPMS retains the Freedom to withdraw that Choice in accordance with the same Principle of Sovereignty.
RIGHT OF COMPLETE COMFORT AND ABUNDANCE
The Right of Complete Comfort and Abundance, meaning that all Human Beings are entitled to live in conditions of peace, dignity, and material well-being, free from deprivation and oppression. When governance becomes corrupt, abusive, or fails to uphold this standard, the People retain the Lawful Authority to withdraw Consent, reclaim Sovereignty, and restructure Their collective systems to restore justice, equity, and prosperity in alignment with Their Free Will and inherent worth.RIGHT TO EQUALITY AND EQUAL JUSTICE
The Right to Equality and Equal Justice is a fundamental human right that guarantees all Human Beings, regardless of race, gender, nationality, religion, status, or background, are treated with equal respect, protection, and fairness under the law. Enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (Articles 1 and 7), the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, and numerous national constitutions, this Right ensures that no one is above or beneath the law and that justice systems must be impartial, accessible, and free from discrimination or favoritism. It embodies the principle that every Human Being is inherently equal in dignity and Rights and must be afforded the same opportunities to seek redress, participate in governance, and live free from systemic bias, ensuring that justice serves all, not just the powerful.RIGHT TO LIBERTY
The Right to Liberty is the sacred and unshakable right of every Human Being to live freely, without unlawful control, coercion, or domination by any external force, be it government, system, or institution. It means each Human Being holds Sovereign Authority over Their body, mind, and choices, so long as they do no harm to others. Backed by Natural Law and confirmed in key international documents like the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (Article 3) and the ICCPR, this Right ensures Freedom from arbitrary arrest, detention, or interference. True liberty is not granted by rulers—it is born with the Human Being, and when it is threatened or denied, the People not only have the Right but the duty to reclaim it and live in alignment with Their own conscience, truth, and Divine Purpose.RIGHT OF SUSTENANCE
The Right of Sustenance is the natural and Divine Right of every living being to have access to the essentials of life, clean water, nourishing food, shelter, and the means to sustain one’s well-being, without dependency on corrupt systems or oppressive control. It is not a privilege handed down by governments or institutions; it is an Inborn Right that flows from existence itself. Recognized in global frameworks like the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (Article 25) and international development goals, this Right affirms that no one should go without the basic needs required to live in dignity, comfort, and health. When systems fail to uphold this, the People have the Lawful Authority to reclaim their land, resources, and livelihoods, ensuring that abundance is shared and never withheld.FREEDOM TO LOVE AND HARMONY
The Freedom to Love and Harmony is a fundamental and Divine Right that protects each Soul’s natural ability to express love, compassion, and connection without fear, interference, or imposed limitation. It affirms that all beings have the right to build relationships, communities, and ways of living rooted in peace, mutual respect, and emotional Freedom—free from hatred, division, or systemic manipulation. Though not always explicitly stated in legal texts, this Right is deeply embedded in the spirit of international Human Rights, including the Rights to privacy, belief, expression, and family life. When external forces seek to suppress love or sow discord, the People have the inherent Authority to restore harmony, to choose unity over separation, and to live in accordance with the Higher Law of Love that transcends all imposed divisions.FREEDOM OF SPEECH

The Freedom of Unity is the Sacred Right of all People to come together in peace, purpose, and shared intention, free from interference, division, or imposed separation by any external system or force. It affirms that unity is not just a choice but a powerful expression of collective will, where communities form, movements rise, and higher consciousness thrives. Though often undermined by governments that fear the strength of unified People, this Right is protected under Freedoms of assembly, association, and belief. It is the Divine Right to gather, to stand together in love and truth, and to co-create a reality based on harmony and shared power. When unity is attacked, the People have every Right to rejoin, reorganize, and restore the sacred bond that no man-made law can break.FREEDOM OF BELIEF
The Freedom of Belief is the inborn and inviolable right of every Human Being to hold, follow, and live by the convictions of Their own heart, conscience, and spiritual knowing, without fear, suppression, or punishment. It includes the Freedom to believe in a higher power, Natural Law, universal truth, or no belief at all, and to express that belief through thought, speech, and way of life. Enshrined in Article 18 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, this Right transcends religion, it is the right to live in full alignment with one's divine or moral compass. No Authority has the Lawful Power to dictate belief, and when belief is policed or persecuted, the People have the sovereign duty to stand firm in truth and protect the sacred flame of inner Freedom that no system can extinguish.FREEDOM OF MOVEMENT AND TRAVEL
The Freedom of Movement and Travel upon Earth, Space, and Time is the sacred and limitless right of every Soul to journey freely, across lands, skies, waters, and dimensions, without obstruction, control, or unlawful restriction by any artificial Authority. This Right, deeply tied to the Natural Law of Sovereignty, affirms that no government, border, or institution holds rightful claim over one’s ability to explore, migrate, relocate, or transcend physical and temporal boundaries. Recognized in part by international law, such as Article 13 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, this Right extends beyond the physical realm to honor the multidimensional nature of being. To walk the Earth, to ascend into the cosmos, and to remember across timelines is not privilege, it is birthright. When movement is denied, the People are empowered by Divine Authority to reclaim their Freedom of passage as beings of the Creator, not property of the state.FREEDOM OF EXPERIENCE
The Freedom of Experience is the divine and natural right of every Soul to live, learn, explore, and evolve through the full range of experiences available to conscious life, without imposed limits, judgment, or external control. It honors the truth that each being comes into this realm not to conform, but to grow through personal choice, contrast, and discovery, guided by Free Will and inner knowing. While no legal system can fully contain this Right, its essence is reflected in the Freedoms of thought, movement, belief, and expression, all of which protect one’s sacred path through life. True experience, whether joyous, challenging, or transcendent, is how consciousness expands. To interfere with one’s right to experience is to interfere with Their evolution, and when that interference occurs, the People hold the Lawful and Spiritual Authority to reclaim Their journey and live as the authors of Their own reality.FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION
The Freedom of Expression is the Sacred Right of every Soul to speak, create, share, and reveal Their inner truth in whatever form flows, be it word, art, sound, movement, or silence, without fear, censorship, or control by any outside force. It is the natural outpouring of consciousness itself, the Soul’s fingerprint on reality, and no system, law, or institution holds rightful power to suppress it. Protected in principle by Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, yet often violated in practice, this Right stands as the heartbeat of individuality, creativity, and awakening. To express is to live authentically, and when that is restricted, the spirit of the People rises to restore balance. For to silence expression is to silence life itself—and the People, by divine law, retain the Authority to speak boldly, beautifully, and without restraint, as creators, not captives.THE CHILD'S DIVINE GPMS UNALIENABLE RIGHTS
A Child also holds the Divine Right to unhindered expression, emotional security, spiritual connection, and full access to the essentials of life, clean food and water, clean air, shelter, healing, and a safe environment in which to grow and thrive. They have the right to play, to explore, to learn naturally, and to connect with Earth, others, and the unseen realms without restriction or ridicule. No system has rightful Authority to interfere with Their natural development, nor to sever Them from Their innate connection to Source. When these Rights are denied, ignored, or trampled upon, it is the duty of the awakened People to rise in protection of the Child, for the Child is the living future of Humanity and the living present of Divinity. To honor the Child is to honor life itself, and Their Rights must be defended with unshakable truth and eternal love.
Land, Stewardship, and Custodianship
THE FOUNDATION
The Earth is not property in the absolute sense. No Human Being, government, corporation, or institution holds ultimate Ownership of the Earth itself. Humanity Lives upon the Earth as its Custodian, with the Freedom to use and enjoy the Land while carrying the Responsibility to Care for it, Respect it, and protect it for present and future Generations.
THE HOME AND PEACEFUL POSSESSION
Every Human Being and Family presently in Lawful and Peaceful possession of a Home, Land, Farm, or other property remains secure in that possession. Divine GPMS does not remove Human Beings from Their Homes or impose forced redistribution of Land. What has been Lawfully and Peacefully established is Respected, providing stability, continuity, security, and Privacy.
FREEDOM AND ACCESS TO LAND
Every Human Being has Equal opportunity for a Home and appropriate access to Land without financial barriers preventing Them from Living where They Choose. Human Beings are Free to relocate and establish Their Lives elsewhere while Respecting the Peaceful possession, Privacy, and Rights of Others. Land may also be Shared Voluntarily through Mutual Agreement, Cooperation, and Good Intention.
INDIGENOUS AND PROTECTED LANDS
Native and Indigenous Lands are Recognized, Respected, and Protected for the Peoples Who have Traditionally occupied, Cared for, and maintained Their relationship with Them. Parks, Nature Reserves, Sanctuaries, Wildlife Preserves, Natural waters, and other protected areas remain protected for Humanity, Nature, and future Generations.
LAND AND RESOURCES HELD FOR THE PEOPLE
Land, Natural Resources, and Essential infrastructure presently held under governmental control are held in Stewardship for the Equal benefit of the People. Water, energy, Natural Resources, and other shared necessities Serve Humanity and are responsibly Administered rather than controlled for financial profit or Authority.
STEWARDSHIP AND CUSTODIANSHIP
Human Beings may Peacefully possess, use, Care for, develop, and enjoy Their Homes and Land, but the Earth itself is not a commodity to be absolutely Owned or exploited. Stewardship and Custodianship recognize both Freedom and Responsibility: the Freedom to Live upon and benefit from the Earth, and the Responsibility to Respect the Land, Nature, Resources, and the Equal Rights of Others.
RESPONSIBILITY TO FUTURE GENERATIONS
Each Generation holds the Earth temporarily and passes it forward to those Who follow. Humanity therefore Cares for the Land, restores what has been damaged, uses Natural Resources responsibly, and protects the conditions that sustain Life.
The Earth is not property — it is a Living Trust.
Humanity is not its absolute Owner — Humanity is its Custodian.
Divine GPMS and the Divine Law
Divine GPMS recognizes that all of Creation evolves according to Divine Will and a Divine Plan for Creation with its own Divine and Universal Laws independent of all others.
Divine GPMS brings All People Together Worldwide logically, then Activates Their ability to Co-Create a Harmonious, Free, and Prosperous World All Together. Divine GPMS affirms it is our Moral Duty to align with Divine Law and act as stewards of this Divine Plan to bring this Earth into balance, abundance and harmony through compassion, higher truth, and divinely inspired wisdom.
CHILDREN, CONSENT, AND NATURAL GUARDIAN RESPONSIBILITY
Every Child possesses Equal Intrinsic Value, Sovereignty, and an Equal Voice. A Child who can Innerstand and express Their Own Choice may Consent directly or receive assistance recording it. Where the Child cannot yet express Their Own Choice, a Parent or Guardian may record Consent for the Child under Their Natural Responsibility and duty of Care. The Consent remains the Child’s Own Voice and is not an additional Vote belonging to the Parent or Guardian. When the Child can express Their Own Choice, Their direct Voice is honored.
All members of Divine GPMS are Spiritual Stewards of our Children and we have every Right to command Their space as protected under the Divine Natural Laws we set forth from our parental love and concern.

Divine GPMS does not require conventional membership. Every Child, Woman, and Man is Free to learn about God’s Divine Plan for Humanity and make Their Own Individual Choice to Consent.

These Rights belong to You because You exist. They are not granted by another Human Being, government, institution, organization, or system, and therefore cannot rightfully be taken from You.
