It reflects what has already been Ratified and now stands as a lawful expression of Sovereignty through collective agreement.

By the Freely Given and Consciously expressed Ratification of the People of the Universal Nation Divine GPMS, it is affirmed that True Value is Intrinsic to Life itself and does not originate from external systems, institutions, or permission.

Through this Ratification, the People stand in Their Inherent Sovereignty and Unified Authority, and now Lawfully recognize Intrinsic Value as the foundation upon which money may be created.

Accordingly, the People of the Universal Nation Divine GPMS affirm and hold the full capacity to create, issue, and circulate money, grounded in Intrinsic Value and established through Conscious agreement.

This capacity exists now, is present now, and stands by the Authority of the People in alignment with Divine Law and Natural Law.

The full enactment and active circulation of such money is realized through Majority Ratification, expressed either at the level of Humanity as a whole or within any Nation where a Majority of the People have Ratified and where a recognized national currency is in circulation.

As Publicly declared in the Divine Charter of the Universal Nation Divine GPMS, available at Divine-GPMS.world, We affirm our Lawful Jurisdiction and Standing.

This Declaration stands as a Living record of Ratified Sovereignty and the Lawful capacity of the People to originate money and establish systems of Value in service to Humanity.

Provisioning and Status

This Declaration is a Provisioned Statement of Lawful Capacity and Intent.

It stands active in its recognition of Authority and capacity, and is held in readiness for full enactment through the expressed Majority of the People.

Until such Majority enactment is declared, it serves as clear Notice of the People’s Sovereign Capacity to create and issue money in alignment with Intrinsic Value.
