The current worldwide system has created conditions where money, debt, scarcity, and competition for basic necessities influence nearly every part of Human Life. Although Humanity has the knowledge, technology, resources, and ability to provide a Good Life for Everyone, millions of Human Beings continue to experience poverty, hunger, homelessness, war, exploitation, and unnecessary suffering.

Divine GPMS addresses these problems at Their foundation. Rather than continually trying to repair the consequences of a system that creates inequality and financial dependence, Divine GPMS replaces that foundation with one that recognizes the Intrinsic Value and Equality of every Human Being and provides the means for Humanity to Live in Peace, Freedom, Security, and Prosperity.

A worldwide solution is necessary because Humanity shares one Earth, and the challenges affecting Human Beings, Nations, economies, resources, and the environment do not stop at borders. Divine GPMS therefore provides one Peaceful foundation through which all Humanity can move forward Together.

Divine GPMS originates from Father God, Prime Creator, as the Divine Plan for Humanity to establish the new foundation for Life on Earth.

The Divine Plan was entrusted to Rick Jewers to bring forward on Earth, place into written form, and gather those in Alignment with its Peaceful implementation. It is presented openly to Humanity so that every Human Being may Examine it, Innerstand it, and Freely Choose to give Their individual Consent to its Ratification.

The present system places money, debt, and financial dependence at the foundation of Human Life, creating inequality, competition, scarcity, and the concentration of wealth and power.

Divine GPMS changes that foundation. It recognizes the Intrinsic Value, Equality, Sovereignty, and Rights of every Human Being and places money in its proper role—as a tool to Serve Humanity, rather than a means to control it.

The fundamental difference is simple: Human Life no longer Serves the monetary system; the monetary system Serves Human Life.

By giving Your individual Consent and Agreement, You are Freely Choosing to Ratify Divine GPMS and Simplified Divine Law as the new foundation for Humanity.

Every Human Being’s Consent and Autograph carries equal weight. Each Consent is counted as one individual Vote and remains part of the cumulative Worldwide Referendum as Humanity progresses toward the required Majority.

The authority to establish the new lawful foundation comes from the collective Will and Consent of the People. When the required Majority is reached, the individual Consents together form the Majority-Ratified Agreement of Humanity, establishing the authority to bring Divine GPMS and Simplified Divine Law into Peaceful implementation.

Yes. Divine GPMS does not require the entire world to reach Majority Ratification before a Nation can Peacefully choose the new system.

When the required Majority of Human Beings within a Nation give Their individual Consent and Agreement, that Majority can Ratify Divine GPMS and Simplified Divine Law for Their Nation and begin the Peaceful transition.

Simply stated, one Nation can lead the way, demonstrating Divine GPMS in practice while the Worldwide Referendum continues.

Yes. Every Human Being is born with Equal Intrinsic Value and Inherent Rights, including the fundamental Right of Self-Determination. Therefore, every individual Consent carries Equal weight within the Worldwide Referendum—one Human Being, one Vote.

This Equality includes Children. A Child’s Consent carries the same weight as an adult’s, giving Children an Equal Voice in Choosing the foundation of the world They will inherit and Live within.

Every Child has an Equal Voice. A Child may Consent directly or receive assistance; where the Child cannot yet express Their Own Choice, a Parent or Guardian may record Consent for the Child under Their Natural duty of Care.

Consent must always be Free and Willful. It cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, forced, or obtained through coercion or deception.

Simply stated, Your Voice, Your Choice, and Your Consent belong to You—and have the same Value as those of every other Human Being.

No. Divine GPMS Recognizes every Human Being Equally. Government-issued identification, birth registration, citizenship, or other government recognition is not required to Freely Choose and Consent to Divine GPMS. A Human Being’s Inherent Value, Sovereignty, Rights, and Freedom of Choice exist independently of government registration.

To record Your individual Consent, Divine GPMS collects a small amount of information: Your name, age, gender, location, email address, and Autograph. This allows Your Consent to be recorded as part of the cumulative Worldwide Referendum.

Your personal information remains within the Consent database. Publicly, Divine GPMS shares only the cumulative number of Consents worldwide and the cumulative totals by country—not Your individual personal information.

You may also request at any time that Your Consent be removed.

Simply stated, Your information is collected to record Your Voice, Your Choice, and Your Consent—not to sell or exploit Your personal information.

Within Divine GPMS, currency originates from the recognized Intrinsic Value of every Human Being. Rather than creating money primarily through debt and lending, the new system recognizes Human Life and its unlimited potential as the foundation of monetary Value.

Currency is created as a tool to represent and make that Value available for Human needs, development, creativity, production, and Prosperity.

Simply stated, money no longer creates Your Value—Your Intrinsic Value provides the foundation for the money.

Within Divine GPMS, currency is created instantly as needed and directed through the People’s Administrative Committees to where it is required for Human needs, essential services, communities, development, and Prosperity. Those entrusted with its Administration Serve as Stewards—not owners of Humanity’s Value.

Divine GPMS is a debt-free, tax-free, forward-flowing credit system. Money does not need to be borrowed into existence, repaid with interest, or continually circulated through debt-based monetary mechanisms. Every Human Being has Equal access through Their own Intrinsic Value.

A bank account is not required to participate, nor does Divine GPMS require Humanity to depend exclusively upon digital currency. Physical currency may continue to be available alongside other methods of exchange, preserving individual Freedom and Choice.

Simply stated, money is created when and where it is needed, and every Human Being has Equal access through Their own Intrinsic Value—not through debt or financial dependence.

No. Divine GPMS does not require You to invest money, pay a fee, purchase anything, or make any financial contribution to give Your Consent or participate in the Worldwide Referendum.

Your Consent is Your Free and Willful Choice. It is not a purchase, investment, contract for financial return, or exchange for a promised payment.

Simply stated, Your Voice, Your Choice, and Your Consent are Free—Divine GPMS does not ask You to buy Your place within Humanity’s new system.

Upon implementation of Divine GPMS, all lawful existing debts are settled and paid in full during the Peaceful transition.

Because Divine GPMS has the capacity to create the currency required, personal debts, public debts, and other lawful financial obligations can be settled without transferring the burden onto another Human Being. Where money is lawfully owed, the one entitled to receive it is paid, while the corresponding debt of the one who owes it is cleared.

This creates a worldwide Jubilee: the Human Being carrying the debt is released from the obligation, while the Human Being or entity lawfully owed does not suffer a loss because the obligation is fully settled. It is a win-win transition—one is Freed from debt while the other receives what is lawfully owed.

Once these existing obligations are settled, Humanity moves forward under the debt-free, forward-flowing credit system. New money is no longer created through debt, interest, taxation, or perpetual repayment obligations.

Simply stated, lawful debts are paid and cleared—not merely erased—and Humanity moves forward free from the debt cycle.

Divine GPMS provides Abundance, not waste. When Human Beings no longer live under fear of scarcity or financial insecurity, the incentive to hoard, compete for, or accumulate resources simply for security is greatly reduced.

Resources remain real and are to be used with Responsibility, Stewardship, and respect for Humanity, Nature, and future Generations. Abundance means having access to what is genuinely needed and desired for a fulfilling Life—not the careless destruction or waste of what belongs to our shared Earth.

No. Divine GPMS initially uses money as a practical tool during Humanity’s Peaceful transition from the present debt-based system into a world of Abundance, Sharing, and Equal access.

As Humanity experiences a world where every Human Being has access to what They need and money is no longer required for survival, competition, or control, the need for a monetary medium of exchange naturally diminishes.

Divine GPMS therefore provides the bridge through which Humanity can ultimately evolve beyond the need for money altogether.

Simply stated, Divine GPMS uses money to Free Humanity from monetary dependence—not to keep Humanity dependent upon money forever.

Yes, but work changes dramatically under Divine GPMS. Every able Human Being has a Responsibility to Cheerfully contribute approximately 4–10 hours per week toward the essential services, production, and worldwide logistics that keep Humanity and our communities functioning.

Because many jobs required by the present debt-based system are no longer necessary, essential work can be shared among many more Human Beings. Instead of some working 40, 60, or 80 hours each week, Humanity shares the necessary work, giving everyone far greater Freedom to Live, Create, Learn, Care, Explore, and pursue Their Purpose and Passions.

Children are provided for through Their own Equal Intrinsic Value and are not required to work until an appropriate age of responsibility is collectively established. The elderly who have already contributed Their years of service, and Human Beings genuinely unable to work, remain fully provided for without a work requirement.

Simply stated, everyone who is able contributes a small share of the necessary work, while every Human Being is provided for through Their Equal Intrinsic Value.

Divine GPMS does not take away Your home, property, business, or personal possessions. What You lawfully possess remains Yours.

Existing businesses transition into Service Providers for Humanity. Debt, taxation, payroll burdens, profit-driven competition, and unnecessary financial accounting are no longer required. The Human Beings providing these essential goods and services receive Their own Intrinsic Value, while others Freely contribute Their time and abilities to help maintain the services Humanity needs.

Nothing needs to be taken from one Human Being to provide Abundance for another. Everyone retains what They lawfully have while gaining greater access, Freedom, and opportunity.

Simply stated, Divine GPMS is not about taking and redistributing what Humanity already has—it creates the conditions where no one needs to lose for everyone to gain.

Divine GPMS provides for a Peaceful, orderly transition. Essential public services, infrastructure, skilled Human Beings, and available resources remain in place so that communities continue to function safely and without unnecessary disruption.

Government structures and bureaucracies that are no longer necessary Peacefully transition, while essential functions become Services administered for the benefit of the People. Human Beings presently working within these institutions can redirect Their knowledge, experience, and abilities toward the new system and Humanity’s needs.

The People’s Administrative Committees coordinate resources and essential logistics, while Human Beings share the necessary work required to maintain food, water, energy, healthcare, transportation, communications, manufacturing, construction, and other essential Services.

The purpose is to maintain Order, Stability, and Continuity while replacing unnecessary bureaucracy, financial control, and political competition with responsible Administration and Stewardship.

Simply stated, Humanity keeps everything it needs while Peacefully transforming what it no longer needs.

Simplified Divine Law is founded upon one universal principle: Do No Harm. Every Human Being is Sovereign, Equal in Intrinsic Value, and possesses Inherent Rights and Freedoms that must be mutually respected.

Simply stated, You are Free to Live, Choose, Create, and determine Your own Life, while equally respecting those same Rights and Freedoms in every other Human Being. No one gains a Right by causing harm or taking away the Rights of another.

Simplified Divine Law also provides the foundation for the Order, Administration, distribution of funds, and worldwide logistics of Divine GPMS. Everything within the system is to operate according to the same principle: Do No Harm and mutually respect the Rights and Freedoms of all.

Simply stated, Divine GPMS provides the system; Simplified Divine Law ensures that it Serves Humanity through Do No Harm and Mutual Respect for the Rights and Freedoms of every Human Being.

Divine GPMS is administered through the People’s Administrative Committees, whose purpose is to coordinate resources, essential services, funding, and worldwide logistics in Service to Humanity.

Those entrusted with Administration are Stewards, not rulers or owners. They do not own Humanity’s Value, nor do They have authority to place Themselves above the Equal Rights, Freedom, or Intrinsic Value of another Human Being.

Because every Human Being has Their own Intrinsic Value and Equal access, no individual or group can gain control by withholding money, creating debt, or controlling another Human Being’s ability to Live.

Simply stated, Divine GPMS distributes authority and Abundance so that Administration Serves the People—the People do not Serve the administrators.

Divine GPMS is designed to remove many of the conditions and incentives that contribute to corruption, exploitation, desperation, and harmful behaviour. In a world where every Human Being has Their own Intrinsic Value, Equal access to Abundance, and the opportunity to Live with dignity and Purpose, there is far less incentive to gain through harming another.

Every Human Being who Ratifies Divine GPMS and Simplified Divine Law is also Agreeing to the fundamental principle: Do No Harm. Intentionally violating that Agreement brings Accountability and may affect access to the benefits of the system while appropriate measures are taken to protect others and address the harm caused.

The objective is not to recreate a punishment-based society, but to create conditions where harmful behaviour becomes increasingly unnecessary and uncommon, while maintaining appropriate safeguards should it occur.

Simply stated, Divine GPMS removes many of the conditions that foster corruption and harm; Simplified Divine Law establishes the Agreement to Do No Harm and the Accountability to uphold it.
