The Decree
Every Man, Woman, and Child is born by Nature Free, Equal, and Sovereign, possessing Inherent Intrinsic Value, Rights, Freedoms, and the capacity for Moral and Ethical Choice.
Through My Free-Will Consent, I Choose and Support the Divine Plan expressed through the Divine Global People’s Monetary System and Simplified Divine Law — Divine GPMS, joining My Consent with all Others toward Ratification.
I Activate My Infinite Intrinsic Value, My Creator Absolute Unalienable Rights and Freedoms, and My Right to Participate with Others in the Creation of Abundance, Peace, Equality, Sovereignty, and the Highest Good of All Humanity and Earth.
I Equally Recognize and Respect the Intrinsic Value, Sovereignty, Rights, Freedoms, and Free-Will Choice of every Other Human Being.
Consent Form
Every Child has an Equal Voice, and a separate Consent must be completed for each Child. The Child may Consent directly or receive assistance recording Their Own Choice; where They cannot yet express that Choice, a Parent or Guardian may record Consent for the Child under Their Natural duty of Care, with the Consent remaining the Child’s Own Voice.
No prior government registration, government-issued identification, birth certificate, or citizenship is required for any Human Being to Freely Choose and Consent to Divine GPMS.
